The grand opening was such a success and so much fun! Great grubs my Let Them Eat Cupcakes and Maile's Thai Bistro, and the best music in town by my good friend DJ DEKO. Oh, and let's not forget the kick butt fashion show I styled, and Fighting Eel everywhere!!! If you haven't gotten your hands on our Spring collection come get it quick, we have such a limited supply! Thanks to all who came and supported!! Cheers to more great years ahead!

Oscars 2012

 

Hands down, everyone looked stunning last night. But my favorite of them all was Gwyneth Paltrow in Tom Ford. The cape definitely topped off the whole look, making her outfit look very basic and clean, but set a huge fashion statement that put her apart from the rest.

I love these two past Oscar gowns worn by Michelle Williams and Mila Kunis. Beautiful colors, silhouettes, and draping on both, which made these dresses so memorable for me. If I was going to an awards show (in my dreams), I'd die and go to heaven if I could wear either of the two! 

Oh and thank you Chris Rock for making us laugh till we peed in our pants last night. Best Oscars show ever! Right!?!?

These pieces could never do me wrong. My chartreuse sandals surprisingly go with almost everything. Along with it being my favorite color, it adds the perfect pop of color to any outfit. I love layering so my vest adds a perfect urban feel. I love mixing it with more feminine pieces like the jeweled out necklace I'm wearing or a floral top. Turning my boyfriend jeans into shorts was such an awesome idea. Because it gives kind of a boyish look, I wear it with heels and pretty much any kind of top, from a basic tee to a silk top. My sleeveless collared button down I have owned for years. Perfect under a cropped sweater or basic sleeved dress, and anything else you can think of!

Oh and duh, my Ray Ban's rock my world. Unless I lose them of course..

Going Blonde

Thanks to fashion extraordinaire and hair idol Esther Quek, I've decided to go blonde! I don't know how this girls hair hasn't fallen out yet, but all I gotta say is, "you go girl!" I'm gonna go for her caramel color, and pray I have her luck with my hair not falling out. I'm so excited to rock this new look! It won't be happening for a couple of weeks, because I go to the best hair dresser in the world, but pics will be up ASAP. 

In other news, I got a big things coming the next couple days! I'll be styling Fighting Eel's Kailua Grand Opening fashion show, modeling and styling their new Summer collection, as well as assisting my partner Geremy in styling a shoot for Zooey Magazine! It's all going to be absolutely amazing and I'm looking forward to giving you guys a sneak peek of it all! Cheers to a wonderful weekend!
